Front of House Manager

The FOH Managers primary purpose is to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to Melbourne International Arts Festival customers, primarily through the front of house channel, by managing and supporting a small team of Front of House staff. They will administer vital functions of the department that impact upon the experience of customers when attending Festival events and will work in conjunction within the Customer Service team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of front of house services.
