ACCESSIBILITY
Auspicious Arts are committed to making the way we work with artists safe and accessible. We are developing the following resources as part of our Disability Action Plan. This includes:
Access Rider: a template created to give all workers the opportunity to initiate a conversation around personal access barriers and adjustments.
Access Rider (PDF) | Access Rider (DOCX)
Access Flowchart: a user-friendly introduction to our workplace adjustment process.
Workplace Adjustment Plan: an individual plan outlining the agreed workplace adjustments, as a result from a discussion had with the worker and auspicious.
Adjustment Policy and Procedure: our policy to facilitate smooth transitions and address challenges by implementing flexible and responsive measures suited to the individual worker.
These steps are in place to support our workers and advocate for the implementation of access adjustments across all creative spaces.
Auspicious is dedicated to ensuring the accessibility of our website, budgets, and communications for everyone. We actively encourage feedback, and if you have any questions, please contact the access team by email at info@aupsicious.com.au.
