Artist Agreements
We’ll ensure that everybody working on your project – whether as an employee, contractor, supplier or volunteer – has an agreement that complies with state and federal legislation.
We keep them – and you – safe by ensuring that they are covered by public liability and worker’s or volunteer’s insurance.
Payroll
We process payroll weekly and can manage payment of wages for workers where required.
Superannuation
We manage superannuation contributions to workers and contractors as determined by Australian Tax Office Superannuation Guarantee guidelines. As of 1 July 2022, Superannuation is payable from the first dollar earned.
Currently superannuation is 12% of the worker’s gross wage.
Workers Insurance and Claims
We ensure that all employees and contractors are covered by workers insurance. In the event of an accident or injury, support may include medical and rehabilitation expenses, income replacement and support for workers to return to work. If a workplace accident or injury progresses to a claim, Auspicious will liaise with the insurer to support a worker’s claim as required.
