Funding Applications
Our aim is to assist you in ensuring that your project is economically feasible. Our budget consultation service is provided free of charge.
If you are looking for funding, we can help you find the funding bodies and programs that will best fit your project and we assist you to draw up a viable budget for your applications. We keep up to date on equity rates and industry standards.
We need to approve your budget before we can agree to auspice your application. If you would like to be auspiced for a funding application, it’s a good idea to get in touch with us as soon as possible and you must notify us a minimum of 10 business days before the grant deadline. The amount of time required to assess your budget will depend on the scale and complexity of your project. If unsure, please contact us sooner rather than later, or risk disappointment if we are unable to auspice your application in the time given.

Grant Management
If your application is successful we assess the total income, help you to re-budget if required, and work with you in considering any potential risks. We then manage the funds according to your budget and distribute them at your approval.
When your project is completed you are responsible for the artistic acquittal, and we will organise the financial acquittal.
This includes:
Finalising all payments and following up any outstanding invoices.
Preparing the financial acquittal documents.
Arranging and overseeing an audit of the project if required by the funding body.
